How do I join?
It is really simple: You try out. Then you have to be invited to join. You will need a high level of commitment to being the best you can be and a willingness to learn and persevere.
The people who train here have a wide variety of fitness levels, backgrounds and abilities. The common thread amongst our diverse clientele is their commitment to better health and fitness. Our clientele typically train here 3-5 days per week. Our clientele is committed to better health and movement. Saying you are committed is one thing; demonstrating it is another.
We ask you do demonstrate your commitment by first contacting us, then taking the screening test. If we think there is a good fit and you are willing, then we decide the best course of action for you.
There here is how you join our community:
· You email info@hyperfitusa.com and let us know some options when you can come in for your introductory session.
· About the intro session (So you know): The intro is a scaled down workout so you know what you are getting into. Many people think they are in good shape or think they are in bad shape, it is irrelevant to us. What matters is your desire for results and willingness to work.
· Elements Sessions: The elements session are to get you up to speed with the skills and conditioning to join our classes.The elements sessions is where you learn how and "get in shape" enough to join our regular classes. If after your session, you still are not ready for classes, then we can have you do more.
· Classes: Our classes are like group personal training sessions without the cost and a lot more intensity.
